  3. How long does BONJAPAN reply to customer e-mail?

  4. Why some of the items shown in the catalog cannot be order?
    • BONJAPAN has to pass through Singapore custom rules on the goods limitation as well as Japan has its own area restriction for certain products. E.g. Gums are not allowed in Singapore and Hokkaido White Lover/Valentine cookies are not allowed to export out of Japan.
