  1. How long does it takes once I place my order?
    • Delivery Process:
      The order was processed, however the payment has yet to be confirmed.

      If you’ve chosen to pay by PayPal Express or iBanking/bank transfer, 1-2 working days will be needed. Once payment is confirmed, a notification e-mail will be sent out to you on your choice of delivery date.

      If you’ve chosen Cash on Delivery and order is made before 6pm, the delivery will be done on the day after tomorrow by default (e.g. Monday order before 6pm, goods deliver on Wednesday). Orders made after 6pm will be considered the orders of next day and thus, delivery will be 2 days after tomorrow (e.g. Monday order after 6pm, goods deliver on Thursday). Otherwise, customer may state a specify date for delivery.

      Please note that if the item you’ve order turns out to be Out of Stock in the last minute, there may be delay on the delivery.
  2. Do I get my order goods by posting?
    • We have delivery man to do all the delivery within Singapore region. Therefore, you may state a date and timing of your preference and BONJAPAN will try our best to fulfill your demand.
  3. Pre-order item?
    • For pre-order item(s), its arrival time varies upon individual item. Japanese snacks may take approximately 3 weeks to 2 months. Clothings may wait up to 1 month.
  4. What can I do if my order items are damaged when deliver to me?
    • To avoid this situation to happen, BONJAPAN advises every customer to check their order items upon delivery. Any damage(s) found should report immediately to the delivery man or within 3days after goods delivered to you. You can call BONJAPAN direct hotline: 6560 5424 for assistance.
