Cancel / Refund
- How do I cancel my order?
- For non-pre-order items, cancellation of order should be done before the day of delivery. For example, the delivery date is on Friday, you should “call” BONJAPAN at (65) 6560 5424 on Thursday before 10pm.

For pre-order items, you have 3 days to make any changes in your order. For example, order made in Monday, Thursday 12midnight is your last chance to request any changes to your order. After the given 3 days, your order will be processed and no cancellation/refund can be made.

- How do I get my refund?
- Once BONJAPAN confirms your refund amount, a call will be phoned to you and request for your bank account number. BONJAPAN will bank transfer the refund amount to your given bank account.
