1. How to register an acount on BONJAPAN?
   • Registration on BONJAPAN is free.

   Step 1: Click on the link given below or [Sign-up] located on the top right corner of BONJAPAN site.
   Step 2: Fill up the necessary fields shown and press the [Register] button. (There’ll be an e-mail notification sent to you e-mail)
   Step 3: Log in to your BONJAPAN account and visit [My Account]. (this step is important to fully complete your registeration with BONJAPAN)
   Step 4: Fill up your personal information (e.g. address, contact number)
   Step 5: After updating your profile, you can start to purchase any items on the site and cash out without the hassle to rekey in your personal information everytime you shop at BONJAPAN.

2. I want to change my password
   • To change your sign in password, please log in first and click on [My Account] located on the top right of BONJAPAN site. You can change your password under the [New Password] section. On this page, you can change personal information too.
3. Forgot sign-in password
   • If you lost your BONJAPAN password, please click the link below, then it will direct you to the page you can find your password.

4. Where can I key in my Member Card Number?
   • Log in to your BONJAPAN account first and click on [My Account] located on the top right of BONJAPAN site. Here, you can key in your member card number under [Membership Code] and press [Update Profile]. Verification of member Card number may takes 1 or 2 working days.
5. What is Membership Code for?
   • Membership Code is for BONJAPAN premium card holders, who are issued with a lifetime member/discount card during direct purchase, facebook contest or online purchasing, to insert the barcode appeared on their BONJAPAN member card. When the BONJAPAN member card number is verified, everything add to shopping cart will be direct discounted price instead of usual price.
